Giant Killer Shark: The Musical
A few years ago, a few people in the JUICEBOXdotcom family accidentally made a successful musical. It was an hour-long micro-budget Fringe (turned off-off-Broadway!) play that was maybe based on the movie Jaws (unless you’re a lawyer), and, to date, remains the only thing that we’ve ever done to get its own Wikipedia page. It was called Giant Killer Shark: The Musical. It was named Best of the Fringe in Toronto and Winnipeg, played off-off Broadway as part of the New York Musical Theater Festival, and received suspiciously rave reviews from folks like the Toronto Star, Rue Morgue, the CBC, National Post, and the Winnipeg Free Press. The final performance happened in Toronto on October 18, 2008 at the Tranzac for 150 of our closest friends. And we never wrote another musical again.
