REVIEW: Burn Notice, Season One (DVD)
More than bad, this show is confusing. The premise seems to be that our hero, who boasts his profession as doing “a lot of things,” has a “burn notice out on” him. Judging by the plotline, it’s like being blacklisted, only sexier. But sexy or not, I’m not entirely positive what burn notice means, so I don’t understand his dilemma.
Burn Notice is like VIP without the distraction of all the boobs. And with Bruce Campbell. If this show isn’t on Spike TV already, you can probably look forward to that.
JUICEBOXdotcom says Burn Notice: Season One is:
“Multicultural!”
“The wigs the wardrobe people got look very real!”
“Main character is against smoking!”
“Can watch this show for 20 minutes if nothing else is on!”
“Miami looks warm! Might inspire you to winter there!”

YOU don’t understand the premise, so you’re confused, therefore the show is bad. Uh … right! Try again.
I’ve always felt bad about this. I’m sorry, Burn Notice, I didn’t give you the chance you deserved.
‘Burn Notice’ is absolutely fantastic. This was one of those late night shows that I landed on while channel surfing and was hooked!!! It takes a couple of episodes to get ‘into’ it but it’s witty, comical, and entertaining! Hey, wait a minute, isn’t that what it’s meant to do?!? Way to go USA Networks…forever a ‘Burn Notice’ fan.
Claire spends too much time watching PBS. I’ve seen every episode. Love the show!
